Was born on 4 July 1994 and she is a Kosovo-Albanian singer. Born and raised in Pristina, Era Istrefi beginning her career in 2013 has started with English covers and on her first cover release on Youtube, she started to get Albanian attention with her different style on her look and the way she sang and just in a couple of next months she released her first song in the Albanian language, called ‘Mani per Money’ that she got famous in Albanian to continue with many other songs and building her artist name very quickly.

In 2018 she released her song called ‘BonBon’ the song that makes her going viral through all around the world and getting one of the most promising female singer in the world with her song ‘BonBon’ that in total count 1.5 Bilion combined streams in world territory.Era Istrefi is a significant international recognition with the breakthrough single “BonBon”, which experienced commercial success worldwide and received various certifications. She later signed contracts with record labels Sony Music and Ultra Music. In 2018, Istrefi performed the official song for the 2018 FIFA World Cup, alongside Nicky Jam and Will Smith, at the closing ceremony of the grand final in Moscow.

Her discography includes works in Albanian and English, among others “Shumë Pis”, “Redrum”, “Nuk E Di” and “Live It Up”. Istrefi has received a number of awards and nominations, including the European Border Breakers Award and TopMusic Award.

After 3 years of the non releasing records by 2019, she got back very strongly with her latest record called ‘BEBE’. Her record ‘BEBE’ is charted as the most listened record #1 in: Switzerland, Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia only 2 weeks after she released the song called ‘BEBE’ and it continues to climb new position also in other countries, as Italy, Germany, Austria, etc. Total combined streams of the song ‘BEBE’ counts 20M streams on world territory.
